dzug’s chairman yang guoping invited to the 90th anniversary of mr. pan’s founding of bdo
in the afternoon of november 28, 2017, the 90th anniversary of mr. pan xulun’s founding of bdo was held at xijiao hotel. chairman of the china securities regulatory commission liu shiyu, shanghai municipal committee and executive vice mayor of frequency zhou bo, china association of certified public accountants feng shuping, party secretary and chairman of shanghai stock exchange wu qing attended the anniversary. chairman yang guoping, accompanied by president liang jiawei, was invited to attend the ceremony and gave a speech.
only two companies gave the speech as national customer representatives of bdo during the ceremony. chairman yang guoping represented the three listed companies of dzug and association of chinese listed companies expressed the warm congratulation.
chairman yang guoping said that bdo has always been dzug’s choice since the company has been listed. three points we have learned in the process of cooperation: first, bdo has given us a lot of opportunities to learn, such as listing and disposing of financial assets, and second is intern control management. bdo as our internal control consultant put forward working concepts of financial management to make us strengthen the internal management, especially controlling the asset-liability ratio of listed companies and ensuring the operating cash flow is positive. dzug is also the first domestic listed company to raise cash dividend. the third point is to support our development. the development of listed companies is the essence. in the context of the recession of the whole capital market last year, dzug successfully issued h shares in hong kong. during the issuance process, we received strong support from bdo. in the future, under the "the belt and road initiatives" national strategy of the cpc central committee, we will continue to have more business cooperation with bdo.
